There is a 24 hour notice policy in the event that you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment without giving a 24 hour notice, it is considered a "no show" appointment. In that case, you will be charged the full amount of the visit you were scheduled for.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
